Hello,

Actually, if you create 2 different menus for the mobile and desktop then you can do this. So, just create Menu and add the My account page into menu, choose “Main menu” in Display location. And create menu for the mobile without this item and choose “Mobile menu” in the locations list.

Hello,

You can add the icon using custom CSS styles or by changing the etheme_top_links function (xstore/framework/template-elements.php).
To disable Newsletter go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo Popup > Show link in the top bar > Off.

We use Redux to display theme options and it does not allow RGBA color picker for the background https://docs.reduxframework.com/core/fields/background/
We can send you custom CSS code if you want to implement RGBA for these elements.

You need to create attributes Type, Weight (Kg) etc with appropriate terms, for example Egg and Eggless Please, read WooCommerce plugin documentation about this or watch video tutorial https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-3

After that change the type of your product to the variable and choose the necessary attributes. Please, read WooCommerce plugin documentation about this or watch video tutorial https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

The variable product is default WooCommerce plugin option. This is not our theme option.

Why you used divs with our classes for general tabs structure inside tabs? These classes have styles that are not suitable for you.
Once I removed these divs I can see the text.

Input color for the search we’ll fix in next theme update.
To change the color of the background you need to change the color of the container http://prntscr.com/gpj5w0 if you are using wide version, in other case it will use default color from dark.css or style.css. Side bg is visible when you choose boxed version, wide version has 100% of container that overlaps the site bg.

If you want to change the header structure and add my account link you need to edit xstore/headers/vertical2.php file. Use child theme to do any changes in template files.

All the available sorting options you can find in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Default product sorting. There is no any other additional sorting option in our theme.

Hello,

1) Try to update theme to latest version and check if you still have this issue.
2) Third-party plugin that does not come bundled with our theme could be the reason of your problem. Try to disable third-party plugins and check if problem still persists.

Hello,

I have enabled default WordPress theme and see the same problems even when all the plugins are disabled. You can enable default theme in Appearance > Themes and check by yourself. Seems this is something with your WP installation. I see that you have WP-Optimize plugin in the list of installed plugins. Maybe you have optimized something wrong and it caused the issue.
Anyway, we can help you only in case problem is related to theme files but if default WP option – menu – does not work with default WP theme we can do nothing because default WP options are out of the scope of our support.

Hello,

1) There is default space between gallery thumbnails – 10px, frontend – http://prntscr.com/gph19h , backend – http://prntscr.com/gph1ga (xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php, line 282)
If you see more than 10px very likely your images (product thumbnails) are smaller than item block, for example http://prntscr.com/gph31w that’s why empty space appears. Increase the size of the product thumbnail. In case you want to have very small thumbnails and change the size of the slide item or it’s number then you need to make changes in template files http://prntscr.com/gph5ao according to your needs.
2) Horizontal and vertical sliders – are 2 different types of sliders and requires different parameters. It’s like if bought sedan but thought that you’ll be able to get cabriolet.
We plan to improve theme and implement vertical slider in future but there is no such option in our theme at present and if you want to get it now then additional customization is needed.

Hello,

The main difference between these 2 headers is page title. If you want to show product title on the single product page in the breadcrumbs area then you need to go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Show product name above the price > disable.

1) To change the size of the product thumbnails go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display > Image settings > product thumbnails size and don’t forget to regenerate thumbnails after changes(use Regenerate thumbnails plugin). 2) Our theme doesn’t have the vertical gallery. It’s possible to implement only by additional customization. This service is not included in our support but you may contact WPKraken team to get help with this.

Do you have this problem with our theme only? Have you tried to add the page and save menu with default WordPress theme? Do you get the same issue?
2) Theme can’t affect thumbnails. Did you use any third-party plugins? What actions did you do before this happened? Is everything ok now?
3) Do you use the third-party plugin to add meta description? Which one?

Seems you are using either CDN or some cache. Because when I check your site I see un-updated version of theme http://prntscr.com/gpdjbc

But admin panel displays right version and if you are logged in home page looks ok http://prntscr.com/gpdkyq

So, clear cache or CDN.
