    Hi.

First of all. If i want to change the menu the first thing i see is that when i want to add the Starting Page i see that this page is second time in this menu on the left. It seems that it apears 2 times. If i Add now a Page to the menu and klick Save the page disapears and now is a individual link without any linking in it.

If this failure apears nearly all Thumbnails are gone and i have to regenerate the thumbnails with a plugin.

And also the Meta description from the Starting Page is gone.

    Whats the problem?
    Sry for bad english

    Hello,

    1) I can’t login to your Dashboard to check what you are talking about because get error message http://prntscr.com/gpdn2s
Do you have this problem with our theme only? Have you tried to add the page and save menu with default WordPress theme? Do you get the same issue?
    2) Theme can’t affect thumbnails. Did you use any third-party plugins? What actions did you do before this happened? Is everything ok now?
    3) Do you use the third-party plugin to add meta description? Which one?

    Regards

    Hello,

I have enabled default WordPress theme and see the same problems even when all the plugins are disabled. You can enable default theme in Appearance > Themes and check by yourself. Seems this is something with your WP installation. I see that you have WP-Optimize plugin in the list of installed plugins. Maybe you have optimized something wrong and it caused the issue.
Anyway, we can help you only in case problem is related to theme files but if default WP option – menu – does not work with default WP theme we can do nothing because default WP options are out of the scope of our support.

    Regards
