    If you have problems with saving sessions you need to solve this with your hosting provider. I would like to help you but, unfortunately, we don’t support issues about your web hosting or server environment. We can fix any issue if it’s related to theme files but if it’s related to hosting we can do nothing and you need to solve it with hosting support.

    Shop page products are sorted by custom ordering + name http://prntscr.com/h9viwe Prev and Next buttons on single product page switch between products according to products ID order and unfortunately, there is no way to change the order from ID to custom ordering + name.

    Hello,

    We use Swiper slider to create slider of the upsell products http://idangero.us/swiper/demos/
    And unfortunately, when slider uses multirow view it displays items in the following order http://prntscr.com/h8aetm because it uses box-lines: multiple; and there is no way to change the order to show 2d product at the right side of the first product. That’s why what you have only 2 products you see it in vertical order. Custom CSS that Laranz provided breaks the slider width that is calculated by slider script, so, I would recommend you to remove it.

    Every theme saves some information to DB, options etc. What exactly does not work properly? Maybe I’ll be able to help you with these moments and you won’t need any clean install.

    Hello,

    In the current version of the theme we don’t have option to change the color of the buttons and you can change it only by custom CSS if you have appropriate CSS skills.

    But we plan to add option to change the color of the buttons in next theme update.

    2) Are you talking about this button http://prntscr.com/h8785m ? Go to Appearance > Widgets > add widgets into Shop filters widget area and that button will appear.
    3) Check now
    4) Looks like you use icon code from the latest version of fontawesome but font file is the older version and does not include this icon. Provide me FTP access to your site to check the version of icon font on your site.

    Hello,

    1) Very likely problem with theme options is caused by third-party plugin WooCommerce Point of Sale and error that it gives in console http://prntscr.com/h87410 Try to disable that plugin and check Theme Options again.

    2) Simple theme reinstallation does not allow you to start from the scratch. Yes, theme creates the tables in DB. To start from the very beginning you need to reinstall WP but I’m not sure if this is a good idea if you already have your products there.

    1) Of course, if you disable MA you see just code because there were used MA elements and they do not work when you deactivate plugin.

    2) Do you have any problems with backend VC editor?

    If your hosting provider checked your site and confirmed that you don’t have viruses in theme files then I don’t know how we can help you.

    Have you tried to check the site on another PC where this antivirus is also installed? Do you have the same problem? Maybe it’s your PC problem? Press on check details button http://prntscr.com/h86hnf to get more information about this problem.

    Maybe you have the license now but you used the pirated version and made changes in DB and I can neither update theme nor update necessary plugins. Also, we can’t guarantee the stable work of your site because of this.

    If you make everything in right way you should not face broken site.
    Unfortunately, site optimization is outside the scope of our support. We have some users who wrote us about site speed but every site is individual and site speed optimization depends on many params. In our topics you can find main tips but if you need individual help we would recommend you to contact with WPKraken.

    If you are not satisfied with site speed and think that our theme is the main reason of this we can give you refund.

    Errors on the cart page caused by code that you added on the cart page http://prntscr.com/h6y3d0 and these errors appear even with default theme http://prntscr.com/h6y30q

    Once I remove the code any error appears. So, contact Mail Chimp plugin author to find out why you need this code on the cart page and do you really need that code there?

    I have read the first message that you sent and WP Rocket answer but I’m asking you the different: have you checked if this issue appears with our theme only or with default Storefront page too? You need to enable Storefront theme on this site and try to do the same that you did when our theme was activated. Do you see the cached messages with Storefront too?
