Where i can Edit a theme - by leanazar - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi i purchase the Xstore, and like to make some changes.

But i cant find any place to change the theme.

For example whem i go to Pages and click on Edit with WPBakery Page Builder
happends 2 thisngs

if i have the WPRocket plugin activated givme error 502
if i deactivated wprocky an click again only open page but nothing happend y cannot change anything.

For example if i like to change some text of the page or the footer how i can made this changes???

Hello,

Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check. Let us know result.
Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?

Hi I already disable all others plugins and make the same i put in the first post.

When only have the theme plugins, open a page but i cant edit nothing

and if i activate only wprocket theme givme error 502, i upload 2 images

Hello, @leanazar,

Please, provide FTP access to your site and server error logs.
I see that backend editor is also broken but once I disable the Massive addons plugin it works. We found that other users also faced this issue https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143

Try to follow plugin author suggestions and

First of all, please increase the memory limit do at least 128M (256M is recommended).

Then, please make sure that your server is not using mod_security or FastCGI handler for PHP. If it is, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.

Sorry but i dont pay more nothing!
I need to edit the template as your instructions when buying it, very simple things. If you tell me that after buying, with error that is no one else than yours I want to know if I have to pay an additional plugin to correct this problem?

You dont need to pay, you only need some changes to your server.

Up the memory limit and change the php options FASTCGI

No, you don’t need to pay any additional fee to use our theme or plugins that come bundled.
But one recommended (not required!) plugin causes the problem – Massive addons for VC. It breaks the Visual Composer editor.
So, you may try to follow the plugin author instructions and do the following:

First of all, please increase the memory limit do at least 128M (256M is recommended).
Then, please make sure that your server is not using mod_security or FastCGI handler for PHP. If it is, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.

Or disable this plugin and don’t use its elements because this plugin offers just additional elements to build the page.

You need to buy this plugin only in case you want to get the individual support from the plugin author.
