Hello,
Since I installed the theme I always had problems with speed optimization.
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/

I get red on mobile and orange on desktop.
Tried a lot of tutorials on how to optimize your theme but nothing seems to work with XSTORE.
I often end up with java script broken or even low scores. And these errors end up solved by your support team.
Never asked this, but can u help me optimize my website because I don’w want to break the website again by installing who knows what plugins again.
Tried until now W3 total cache, Super cache, Lite speed, cloudflare super boost etc

I am not a tech guy and this is a hard task for me if u give me some tutorials or some settings to apply to Xstore theme would be more than great!

Hello I would prefer WP Rocket Caching Plugin. It works very nice with XStore theme…

Only thing is I don’t know how to set the Woocommerce catalog images so that google don’t say adjust the size of the images… Because I want that the images are looking good on all devices (responsive). Maybe xstore team has a tip for me. Please check link in hidden content…

I see I don;t get those errors in sitechecker.pro and I get orange and green on google sitespeed.
Can somebody from support confirm that solved something?
Anyway…my goal is to be green both on mobile and desktop here https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights

Can support confirm that WP Rocket caching plugin is better? Right now I have Lite Speed installed by my host and they told me to keep it..What should I do?

Hi,

I suggest you to check this thread: https://www.8theme.com/topic/slow-load-times/

We use W3 Total cache plugin but if you prefer any other you can use it. Some special settings for this cache plugin you can find here https://www.8theme.com/topic/fixing-pagespeed-issues-once-and-for-all-could-apply-to-all-8themes-themes/

Also use optimized images.

Relly? Answered me after 2 days and gave me some settings which broke my website. I was scared like hell.Had to delete every plugin to be ok again.

Every tutorial works but not with xstore theme.
If it is so simple why we don;t have a documentation about this issue?

I am very unhappy because like I told u. I bought this theme months ago and after a lot of tries nothing worked for me.
Am I the only one???

If you make everything in right way you should not face broken site.
Unfortunately, site optimization is outside the scope of our support. We have some users who wrote us about site speed but every site is individual and site speed optimization depends on many params. In our topics you can find main tips but if you need individual help we would recommend you to contact with WPKraken.

If you are not satisfied with site speed and think that our theme is the main reason of this we can give you refund.
