Hello,
I have added some custom code to the custom CSS area. You won’t lose that after the theme update.

Hello,
It looks that you switched from child theme to parent theme or renamed theme or reset options. What theme version did you use before? Describe your actions during update.
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.
Do you have backup of your site and DB before the update? Could you restore that?
Regards
Hello,
Got it. We found that issue is caused by the Products elements that you added in the full product description. Please, create FTP or SFTP access and provide that to allow us to check a closer look at your issue.
Regards
Hello,
1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access with the admin permissions because we can’t check your backend settings.
2) Submit request also to WooCommerce support. If they have any suggestions because we don’t have any functions that could shut down your session. So, maybe you have made any customization in the child theme.

Hello,
The free version of the Elementor page builder does not allow editing the Checkout page. If you want to edit the checkout form you can use the WooCommerce Checkout manager plugin.

Hello,
Our WP Rocket license is blocked. Plugin authors allowed to use their plugin as bundled and then changed their minds once found that the theme is very popular. We are discussing unblocking our license with the plugin author. We don’t have information on how long it will take.
If you need to use WP Rocket immediately we would recommend you buy a personal license. Sorry for this inconvenience but we do our best from our side to speed up the process and solve the problem. Unfortunately, it depends not on theme author only but on plugin author. Maybe we’ll have to remove plugin from the bundle if we don’t find a compromise.

Hello,
The long list of the slides in the vertical gallery increases the height of the slider. If this is ok for you then you can change that. But if you want to show all the images then maybe it would be better to disable slider for the gallery images https://prnt.sc/26j5191 ?

Hello,
There is no such option for that element. You can use Prefooter widget area for these purposes + custom Styles to make it sticky.
1) Go to Static Blocks > create static block with the Autoscrolling element for example https://prnt.sc/26j4wsc
2) Go to Appearance > Widgets > add the Static block widget to Prefooter widget area
3) Go to Theme Options > Custom CSS add the below code to make prefooter sticky
footer.prefooter {
position: fixed;
bottom: 0;
width: 100%;
}

Hello,
Looks that WooCommerce removed some hooks that we use to refresh the popup. We are trying to find the solution for this and will release the fix in the next theme update. Till that happened you can change the notification after adding to cart to something else in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Product Added Notification Type.
