Webshop disappears - by gewoonbovenaan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

This week somehow the webshop page is empty and the whole shop disappeared. https://gyazo.com/f37ee70fe896eee01dbdedf1b10af844 I have run all the updates and checked if a plugin crashes but i cant find out why.
I have set the code [products] in the shoppage because i thought that is preventing the empty page, but then the filter doesnt work anymore, when clicking on the 3rd pagination the page gets empty again. https://gyazo.com/a0cd3a231ef18a21fd3712c200a9dd2e

Hello,

I removed the mentioned shortcode but the shop page works fine. It displays products as it should. Don’t see the issue.

Also the button ”webshop” i cant change to another link, when i save it it keeps showing the link: yourlight.com/# instead of yourlight.com/webshop-verlichting

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
1) Once I cleared the cache products appeared on the shop page.
2) Provide us with FTP access to check the issue with the button URL in more detail.

Hi,
Because it took so long to respond i had to re-set the page, thats why you see it. 2 days it was not showing and an empty page because i thought u should see it. but i needed to find a solution so i have set it back and use another page with manual products. The shop disappears but when u go to productsection in woocommerce and re-set the shoppage the products come back. One day later they disappear again. the problem is not solved and we cant reproduce it. only see when its gone.

Hello,

I see that you use WPML. Could you disable WPML plugin and observe if issue happens again? Because I suppose that it could be related to WPML. System does not detect that page as the archive page.

Issue with the button link fixed. Check now.

Hi, this issue is still relevant. i have talked to WPML, they point to Woocommerce, Woocommerce point to Xstore. and so on. Now i experience this with many webshop i have where Xstore is installed.

The vinopura doesnt have and never had WPML installed so thats not the point. I can get the store back by choosing a different shoppage and then change back to ”winkel”https://gyazo.com/50db50a56e7508bba95b21c4add5cf27 but it will be empty within 24hours.

I need a solution asap because its killing business. Can you please check again?

Hello,

It’s easy to check if the error is related to them. Once you get the error you need to switch to the Storefront theme and check. If you still don’t have products then the issue is not related to the theme.

We resaved permalinks (Settings > Permalinks) for the yourlight and the shop works ok again. So, server permalinks settings could be the reason. Our theme does not have any code that may affect that.

Can’t log in to dutchmadeleather https://prnt.sc/20nostj to check how it works with the Storefront.

I went back and forth, from the hosting provider who is repsonsible for the server (server permalinks), to Woocommerce and they checked it, serverguy points to woocommerce and Woocommerce points to Xstore as the only thing all the shops (vinopura.nl, dutchmadeleather.nl etc..) have in common is having Xstore installed and when you see Yourlight.com/webshop it was empty then changed to storefront and the shop came back again. https://gyazo.com/fc801f206d6c80ccd322a1e13ff724ac This feels an endless circle.

Hello,

I see that you have PHP memory errors on your site https://prnt.sc/24z18dv So, it also could be the reason of the empty shop page. So, update themes and all the plugins to latest versions on all your sites and increase PHP memory limit. Monitor your sites after that.

Hello,

Errors from 2022-01-07 display that you have the memory problem and it was not resolved https://prnt.sc/26cquia
I would recommend you to check the list of active plugins and disable those that you don’t really need or use because every additional plugin uses PHP memory. Also, maybe ask your hosting provider which requests uses your PHP memory most of all to find out what could be the reason of such high memory usage.
