Topic: Issues after updating my Xstore Theme and plugins

I had almost finished my website, I updated the template and plugins and now it seems that many things were broken, like the header, colors, menu, footer, etc.

Could you help me?

Hello,

It looks that you switched from child theme to parent theme or renamed theme or reset options. What theme version did you use before? Describe your actions during update.
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.
Do you have backup of your site and DB before the update? Could you restore that?

I am using a child theme.

I don’t remember the latest version before updating.

The actions I took were: update plugins, update Xstore Theme, reinstall Xstore Core, just go to customization or theme options.

Unfortunately we don’t have backup 🙁
