1) To fix text position add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS

@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px)
.banner.responsive-fonts.banner-type-2 .banner-content {
    -webkit-transform: translate3d(0,40%,0);
    transform: translate3d(0,40%,0);
}
}

2) The banner element does not have such option. If you want to have enlarged popup you can use the simple image with this option on click and simple text below the image instead of the banner element.

Unfortunately, head.js can’t be moved to footer because of carousels. All we can do is offer the refund or XStore theme instead of Legenda. XStore supports scripts in the footer.

Can you provide us correct FTP access? We want to try another cache and minification plugin, maybe it will give better results.
