Hello,

Unfortunately, WP does not support import of custom options that we have in menu. I can help you to create menu with the same structure if you provide me admin panel details.

Hello,

Could you, please, increase PHP max input vars to 5000 or 8000 http://prntscr.com/ddagay ? I have reached the limit and can’t save the settings for the next menu items to create all the examples.

Hello,

I have created the main examples of our vertical menu.
Keep in mind:
1) When you have the following issue http://prntscr.com/deg4f2 either change the height of the menu item http://prntscr.com/deg5gv or change the number of columns http://prntscr.com/deg5zn
Everything depends on design you have

2) To add the following item http://prntscr.com/desi7a I have used widget area http://prntscr.com/dehfko + static blocks feature http://prntscr.com/dehgb2 and http://prntscr.com/dehgq2

Let me know if you need any other instructions.

Hi there,

I’m having exactly the same issues with my installation of Electronics store and need help. I’ve tried chat but Rizath could not help me with that. I have a deadline to meet and need your urgent assistance.

I’ve seen mega menu video as well as followed the documentation but my menu is still not comparable to the one in the demo.

@ap1011 if you would not mind I prefer to leave these screenshots for other users who faced the same problem, I have removed the screenshot with your logo, so we don’t have any public screenshots of your logo or URL.
To change the title go to Theme Options and you’ll find some additional settings for the Secondary menu http://prntscr.com/desdy5

You need to create new menu – Secondary menu if you want to have vertical menu before the main menu http://prntscr.com/desdiu

I have created few examples of the secondary menu items on your site but can’t finish them because of the same limit as the previous user had http://prntscr.com/ddagay , please, increase PHP max input vars to 5000 or 8000

Hi Olga,

Thank you for your prompt reply and for updating the menu. Though it seems excellent now, I’ve increased PHP max input vars to 8000 in php.ini. I’m using NginX. If you can afford some time you can have a look at it again.

I still can’t fully understand how you did it? I tried both the documentation/video but could not solve the riddle. Is there some step by step instructions available?

Hello,

Could you, please, provide me the design of mega menu that you plan to create and I’ll explain to you how to create it.

By default to create mega menu you should chose design type – Mega Menu and number of columns for the first level. And then just add the second level – column title and 3-d level – column content. In our mega menu, you can use Widget areas, images to create promo blocks.

Secondary menu also has mega menu height option. For example, if you don’t want to have 2 sections in the first column http://prntscr.com/dfk9lk but like 4 columns instead then you need to decrease the height value in menu settings and choose also 4 columns.

I want the same as https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/electronics/ , i follow the installation and complete without error, but i did not get the same result as they is not shop page and vertical menu etc, please help.

Hello @pawira leo,

Your site under maintenance mode, so I can’t check it.
Menu can’t be imported because WP does not support custom menu options, you need to create own menu. Please read more http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/category/15-menu-set-up
To create secondary menu go to Appearance > Menus > create menu and choose as secondary in Theme Locations. Mega menu works almost the same way for the secondary menu as for the main menu but in vertical design http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/27-mega-menu
In 4.16 theme version Menu options were moved into popup https://prnt.sc/idhhcf so to be able to see all menu settings, you need to click on “8Theme Page Options”.

I have read through all the document that you provide however i still can’t figure it out how to setup like the demo for electronics i thought it was just as easy as one click as what i read in the article before i purchased, never thought that it would be quite complicated, i appreciate if you could help me to make make the adjustment just like the demo because i am going to design the web just like the sample with some minor change.

Note : I will provide the admin username and password, please let me know.
