    Hello,

    1) You are using dev version of WP http://prntscr.com/js1xsq I would not recommend testing of the new version of WP on the production site because it generated a lot of js errors and other options like theme update etc do not work. Install verified version 4.9.6.
    2) If you use WC plugin 3.4.x then update Royal theme to version 4.5.
    3) Let me know about results and provide FTP access with correct permissions if theme update and stable version of WP won’t fix the situation.

    Do you want to increase the font-size of the main menu? Then go to Theme Options > Typography > Navigation > and change the font size for the menu level you need.

    Hello,

    We are sorry but we don’t know what changes have you done in old theme, so we can’t move them in child theme, unfortunately. If you made any changes and added some new features I would recommend to move them in child theme. And do all the changes in child theme files only to avoid problems with next updates.

    Hello,

    You gave us access to the folder different than wp installation. We were able to find your WP installation but our user doesn’t have permission to edit files. Please, check the permissions for the user and allow us editing of the files of your WP installation because we need to enable WP debug, check then probably check and edit the other files.

    We have enabled the official WooCommerce theme Storefront, checked your site and faced the same issue https://gyazo.com/68897f6180cd01a5515f1df9177ed77f You told us that it worked for you with default theme but as you can see from the video it does not work for us. I suppose the problem is related to WPML plugin, so, contact WPML or WooCommerce support because we are able to help you only if the problem is related strictly to our theme.

    We have checked your user and see that you use XStore for 2 projects:
    1) cmcsolutions
    2) cbdtechnologies
    And the different license for every project. If you don’t want to use XStore theme only for one of them you need to deactivate theme license in Theme Options and remove the theme.
    If you plan to use XStore for both projects then we can’t give you refund for one of them.

    Hello,

    Progress option was added for simple products only because variable products can’t be added to cart by default in WC. But if we allow that action for the variable products too (woopress-child/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php , http://prntscr.com/jr94f7) it does not work because plugin overwrites the add to cart for variable products and removes required html http://prntscr.com/jr93oh that is added by js (etheme.js, classie.js that minified and combined with few other js files into plugins.js). We did not find the simple solution to change it. Submit the request to WPKraken team for additional customization.

    This information you can restore from the backup of the DB. All theme options are located in wp_options table > option_name – et_options and option value includes all the Theme Options including Custom CSS http://prntscr.com/jo3imm

    Hello,

    First of all, reduce the size of the page. For example, home page size is 7.32MB, very big. Optimize images to reduce the size of the pages. We would recommend TinyPNG service, it will help you to optimize images up to 70%.

    Also, install cache plugin (W3 total cache or WPRoket or any other that you prefer).
    If you want you can provide us with Dashboard credentials and we’ll help you with base cache plugin setting.

    Hello,

    1) Yes, some headers have the custom HTML area, other – not.
    2) If you like the header type from the screenshot then choose the variant – Standard.
    3) By default top bar and custom HTML area are hidden on the mobile devices because there is no place to show a lot of content on mobile devices. But if you don’t plan to add a lot of information in that area, probably we will be able to help you to show it for the mobile devices. Please, choose the desired header type, add the necessary information to the custom HTML area and then provide us the link to your site and temporary Dashboard access. We’ll check what code you need to add or change to show it in the correct way for mobile devices.
