Brands links with pageid - by mkapustic - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

In the Brands widget, all links have pageid5.
https://www.sitename.com/page_id5/brand/brandname/

WP permalinks are set by default.

Categories and all other links are ok.

How to set brand links like https://www.sitename.com/shop/brand/brandname/?

Hello,

All the available settings for the brand permalinks you can find in Settings > Permalinks > 8theme permalink settings and Optional http://prntscr.com/kl7gzp .

Hello,

Could you provide me temporary FTP access because all the settings look ok? We need to take a closer look at the code.
Also, before reply back contact your hosting provider and make sure that you don’t have any server cache.
