Color selection does not work in the editor

Hello!
When I edit any pages, I can not select the background color, buttons, etc. in the editor
What to do?

Good afternoon!
Layout of the coming 8Theme plug-in comes along with the theme, before everything was working perfectly, however, now it has misconfigured the layout.
Even using the theme in English, it continues the same way.
What hurts me is that the features are all blocked, I can not change the logo, color of the site or activate other information.

Please make sure that all required plugins are activated https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins and disable all 3rd party plugin.
