1) We passed this issue to our developer. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem. Don’t change the access till I inform you that we finished.

2) This option was added according to EU GDPR. If you have clients from EU then you should leave that and check if your site suits GDPR. If you don’t have clients from EU then you can just remove that text for the contact and registration forms.

Blanco did not have the breadcrumbs image option. It had shop promo banner option only.

XStore also has this option in Theme Options > Shop > Product page layout > Shop Page Banner content + Shop Page Banner position. But this content will be displayed for the shop page only and not for the product category page. If you want to add any banner or text for the product category before the products use the description area.
Category thumbnails are the images of the product category that you see if use the category element on the simple page, for example, http://prntscr.com/m4thmc
Heading image is the background image for the breadcrumbs, it may look nice if you use the larger paddings for the breadcrumbs and want to accent the page title, for example, https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/cocktails/instructions/ or https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/flowers/blog/

If you just need to add the banner for the category use category description field.

It could be 3 reasons of the problem:
1) You did not activate theme using purchase code
2) Conflict with some third-party plugin that you also installed that change the link to the plugins installation page. Do you have access to Appearance > Install Plugins?
3) Your user has limited permissions
If it does not help provide me temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check.

You can either change the color of all the dark buttons on the site from Theme Options > Styling > Buttons styles and Buttons hover or use the following custom CSS to change it for the single product only

1), 2) Our theme uses custom carousel (swiper slider) by default to create the gallery image slider. The plugin that you chose uses the slider gallery(flex slider), zoom of the default WooCommerce theme Storefront (you can check plugin demo https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/product/woo-single-1/ ) It does not work with the custom carousel as you could see once you enabled plugin without our customization (we enabled support of the default slider, zoom and lightbox in the child theme). Default gallery does not have the slider for the thumbnails but for the main image only and lightbox by click. If you want to make the plugin work with the custom carousel it requires the additional customization of the plugin. Contact the plugin author or Codeable team.
