    Hi,

After upgrading theme, plugins and woocommerce, some styling has been lost. Page titles, product titles, typography presets and menu typo has ben reset. Is there any way to let them all as it was before upgrading?

Maybe styling presets charged with demo import has been lost.I’m using child theme version 0.0.1

I will wait for your neews.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

XStore 5.0 is major update and we have changed a lot of things https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ including theme styles. Please check our new demos – https://preview.themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/15780546
You can set desired settings for text, menu, headings via Theme Options > Typography.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards

    HI Rose,

Thanks for you fast answer. I would like to know the setting of the old version. Is there any way to know the tipos, fonts, and sizes used on the theme style on the previous version?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide me temporary Dashboard access to your site? We’ll check the current options and change them to get some old styles back.

    Regards

    Hello,

Check now, please. I have added some old styles to child theme style.css. Also, I have changed the menu font weight in Theme Options http://prntscr.com/lm0wlo
Let me know if you need anything else.

    Hi Olga,
Thanks. But still style is not the same. I don’t understand why the style have changed and has been reset if I was using child theme. Will that mean I cannot upload the other xtore licences because I will loose al, the styling?

    Hello,

What other styles do you want to get back? Can you provide me the screenshots for better understanding?
We improved styles to get better UI&UX. We changed the input colors, background, font weight for the headings and titles and font-size for some elements. If you did not overwrite them in your child theme they will be changed.

If you have other sites with the XStore we would recommend you to create a staging site. Then we’ll help you to update theme on the staging site and if everything is ok you’ll be able to move updated files and styles to the production site.

    Hi Olga,

After trying to update anothe website with xstore license I’ve realized that style is lost when Visual Composer is updated. Why that happens? I use childtheme, and after uploading Xstore to las version everything works fine. Style crashes when VC is updated. Any way to fix it?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

We did not face such issue before. Could you provide me Dashboard and FTP access to that site to check?

    Regards
