Hello,

There is no way to enlarge the space on the shop grid http://prntscr.com/n44gth because we use the bootstrap grid system with the default space between items – 30px. To enlarge product images on the home page go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > change product image size from 300px to 450. Regenerate thumbnails to apply changes.

Hello,

You had the horizontal direction of the gallery slides + 1 slide per view. I have changed the number of slides per view to 4 + direction – vertical. Check the gallery now.

Hello,

Thank you. Actually, plugin works if the archive description is enabled in Theme Options > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner position > At the top of the products but plugin replace theme grid structure by another and it breaks the toolbar http://prntscr.com/n41es8
If you plan to use toolbar I’ll pass your request to our developers and they will take a closer look if they could make the plugin work with these theme features but I’m not sure if it’s possible because plugin changes the structure. In case you don’t plan to use this toolbar then I can just provide you CSS code to hide it. What is your decision?

Hello,

Ok. Let’s try. Upload plugin to cloud, enable access by link and share link to plugin archive in the Private content. Also, provide screenshot of options that you used for plugin settings.

Hello,

Provide us with Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the plugin files + theme files. We don’t have that plugin to test on our installations.

Hello,

We thought that problem was related to one of the third-party plugins. Disabled them, checked the product and variations work. Enabled plugins but variations still work ok. Looks like it was some glitch.

Hello,

You can write the custom code in the child theme but we are not responsible for the custom code you use there. Be attentive and make sure that your code is correct and do not cause the problems like “display:none” styles you added before for the admin blocks. In other words, if you customize theme you need to know what you are doing and what code you are using there. Changes in the child theme are outside the scope of our support.

We installed File Manager to check the code of the files because we did not have FTP. I have removed the plugin.

Hello,

Did you read my previous messaged? What do you mean by yes? I have asked about other things. Your problem was not caused by plugin. Problem caused by your custom code in child theme.

Take my apologies, you did not provide FTP and we removed wp-confing.php file by mistake while removing the error log file using the file manager. Could you. please, re-create wp-config file or provide us FTP access and DB name, user, pass to create it for you.

Hello,

We’ll change it in the next theme update. To change it on your site edit xstore/framework/theme-functions.php , find etheme_sign_link function, find the code

<p class="login-submit"> <?php wp_nonce_field( 'woocommerce-login', 'woocommerce-login-nonce' ); ?> <button type="submit" class="woocommerce-Button button" name="login" value="<?php esc_attr_e( 'Log in', 'xstore' ); ?>"><?php esc_html_e( 'Log in', 'xstore' ); ?></button> </p>

and add the below the following code
<?php etheme_faceboook_login_button(); ?> to get http://prntscr.com/n38q0i Save changes and check the frontend.

Hello,

Your issue is related to WP Fastest Cache plugin Seems it caches the wishlist in the header. Contact plugin author to exclude wishlist from caching or try another cache plugin that does not have this problem (W3 Total cache, WPRocket).
