For some reason after updating, the images in the single shop pages are just stacking on top of each other instead of in the slider on the left side of the page.

The thumbnails dont display and the product information sits underneath as well instead of floating to the right side of the images/slider.

I have tried resetting the section, changing all the settings, removing all the styling and turning off all the plugins but nothing changes it.

    Hello,

You had the horizontal direction of the gallery slides + 1 slide per view. I have changed the number of slides per view to 4 + direction – vertical. Check the gallery now.

    Regards

Nothing has changed? Everything is exactly the same!

The single product pages with multiple images like the link i have supplied are NOT displaying like they should no matter what setting you have.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

I have just completely removed all the theme files and reinstalled them and now its working so i wonder if you even bothered to actually look at any of the shop pages at all cos you would’ve noticed that what you done didn’t change anything at all…

    What a waste of time… Thanks anyway…

    Hello,

We checked the site but did not find any product with the images gallery and you did not provide any link to such product in the first message, so we checked the settings and found mentioned params. We changed them to get correct displaying of the gallery and thought that it should help you because it usually helps users with a similar problem. Next time if you submit the request, please, provide the link to page, where we’ll be able to check the issue and screenshots to avoid misunderstanding and delay.

Did you make any changes in template file if theme re-installation helped you? Don’t change parent theme files, use the child theme if you need any changes.

    Regards
