Hello,
We would recommend you to place the translation files in /wp-content/languages/themes/
(xstore-sl_SI.po, xstore-sl_SI.mo), in other case you will lose translation after theme update. Check translation now.
1), 2) To edit footer contact go to Static Blocks > Edit Footer Burger static block and edit content using WPBakery builder https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
3) Provide screenshot for better understanding. You can use Lightshot tool for these purposes.
4) Go to Appearance > Menus > create/edit mobile menu with items you need and don’t forget to check menu location – Mobile menu https://gyazo.com/2e502e5dd596d6051b111dcf9acc8676
5) If you don’t change the template files of the parent theme you won’t lose your changes after the update. Anyway, we would recommend you to do the backup before proceeding with any update.

1) Make sure that XStore core plugin is installed and activated.
2) Go to Theme Options > General > Static blocks > On then you should have Static Blocks http://prntscr.com/nwyey7
1) We need access to Plugins and Loco translate menu http://prntscr.com/nwyadv Please, change the permissions for our user to allow us to check these things.
2) You provided FTP access to empty directory http://prntscr.com/nwybtu We need access to your WP installation. Please, check the destination folder of our FTP user and change to correct one.

The default color of the border, if it’s on, is #e1e1e1. If you want to change it use color picker http://prntscr.com/nwy8gc If you want to disable it turn of the option http://prntscr.com/nwy8ve
Don’t see any problem with both options. If you want to change something else, please, provide the screenshot using Lightshot tool.

1) Enable WPBakery editor to edit static block content if you want to change the content https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
2) If you want to remove the content of the header banner at all go to Appearance > Widgets > remove the widget from the Header banner widget area.

To translate the empty cart content go to Theme Options > Shop > Empty Cart > edit content according to your needs http://prntscr.com/nwxq95

Product has the out of stock class http://prntscr.com/nwvpep that’s why label appears. Enable the default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check if you have that class for that product when default theme is enabled. We’ll be able to help you only if that class does not appear with the default theme. In another case, you need to contact WooCommerce support.
2) Do you want to add the border and bg color for the product categories widget? http://prntscr.com/nwvl76 Or you jst want to disable the scroll and toggle for the categories widget?
3) Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product page > choose the categories in the drop-down to display on the show page instead of products.
