If you want to use the custom footer for the shop page go to Pages > edit Shop page > scroll down to 8theme Options > Use custom footer for this page > and choose the footer Static Block that you want to show for the shop page (including pages that inherit the shop page layout: product category, single product).

Hello,
1) Create a temporary WP user with admin permission and provide us with login and pass to allow us to check what widgets you used, switch on/off some theme options to test what causes your issue.
2) Contact your hosting provider and ask FTP host, password and user, provide us with this information to provide access to theme files and allow us to change them if issue is related to our theme.

The SVG specification decides strictly between attributes that are properties and other attributes. The former can be modified with CSS, the latter not.

Hello,
1) Are you using the WPBakery Products element to display products? There is no way to have pagination usings WPBakery Products element. This element displays only a limited number of products (Limit option) without pagination.
2) Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Products per row.
Do you use third-party plugin to implement filter?
What plugin do you use? Sometimes plugin or theme should be additionally customized to work properly together. Provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check.

There is no problem to align text to left. Add the following code to Theme Options > Custom CSS
But there is no way to display shipping below the Delivery because WooCommerce use the table to display that information and it’s located in different cells http://prntscr.com/o5xk2u

We’ll send you the fix until the end of the day. Sorry for this delay.
1) Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Set the width for the single product image 1170px (Source image that you use for the product also should be no less than 1170px if you want full-width image).
2) Go to Settings > Media > Large size > Max Width > 1170 and Max Height depends on your image proportions.
3) Regenerate thumbnails after these changes.

Hello,
No, you don’t need to remove images before switching. Just keep in mind that all the bundled plugins (Revolution Slider, WPBakery page builder, Massive Addons etc) can only be used with the theme they came with or you need to buy the individual license for every plugin.

Yes, it will reduce the page size and that’s why increases page speed a little bit but I would recommend you to replace logos and reduce Transparent-logo-2.png 1239×463 to 230×86 and bra_lingrie.png 2000×1167 to 257×150.
Also, if you need site optimization you may submit the request to WPKraken team They offer optimization services because site speed it’s not just images.
