I need help on how to update my Theme please

I have been advised by WooCommerce support that the plugin Stripe payment gateway will not function until my theme is updated.
Can you please advise how I do this and where I can find the updates for my theme

Hello,

Provide us with the Dashboard, FTP access to your site and we’ll help you with theme update because you are using the too old version and may face problem if try to update by yourself.

Do the backup of the files and DB before reply back with access.

Hello,

1) IMPORTANT: Don’t post ANY private information out of the Private content area http://prntscr.com/o3bwp2 If you post the private info in the main answer it’s available for all the users.

2) FTP access is incorrect. Check the login, pass and provide the correct one.

I sent all the details yesterday and wanted to knows if you have had a chanced to update my theme please?
I am trying to use the Stripe payments plugin but they have told me that my theme needs to be updated to use it

Did you miss my previous message? I told you that we can’t connect to your FTP to proceed with the update. Provide correct FTP details in Private content area!
