1) Looks that theme was activated on another site than you use it for now if you get “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) ”
Provide us with purchase code that you used for the activation of this site.
2) There are no product images on the checkout page by default. Probably they are added by the third-party plugin that you use to compose the product. So, contact plugin author to get instructions on how to change thumbnails that they added to checkout page.
