    Hi,

    1. I have a problem with the related products. They randomly get products from the main category which makes the results not relevant.
Is there a way to be able to select only from the subcategory? Can it be done by the theme settings or maybe a plugin that you’re aware of?

    2. I see on the theme settings that there is an option to select the related query by categories or tags but i think it’s mislabeled and that one is for blog posts. Can you please verify. ( it’s under single post settings)

    Thanks

    Hello,

    1) We use the default WooCommerce function to display related products and don’t have extra options for this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/#section-3 Use Up-Sells slider instead of related products if you want to be able to choose the products to display. Or maybe look for additional plugins that would allow you to change the related products query type.

    2) This is the option for the related posts only.

    Regards

    1. I found a plugin that i can use for custom related products, it would do the trick 🙂

    2. Then maybe you should change the description on the next update to match the functionality. Now it says, change the type of the related product query

Thank you for the quick reply.
