Hiya

Im using your lovely Royal theme for a client and i have an issue i cant seem to resolve.

on the checkout (when you go through the sign builder process) the images are cut off either side in the “your order” box

https://www.britishcastsigns.co.uk/build-your-sign you need to go through this process and you will be taken to the checkout you will see that images are cut off either side. can you please advise how to fix this.

I just tried to update “Royal Core! and it says “Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature” the theme is now 6.1

Hello,

1) Looks that theme was activated on another site than you use it for now if you get “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) ”
Provide us with purchase code that you used for the activation of this site.
2) There are no product images on the checkout page by default. Probably they are added by the third-party plugin that you use to compose the product. So, contact plugin author to get instructions on how to change thumbnails that they added to checkout page.
