You are using WordPress, what index.html are you talking about? XStore is WordPress theme it uses PHP, JS and CSS files, it’s not HTML theme. If you need to add any custom script to before head section or in footer you can use Insert headers and Footers plugin.
If you need to add some piece of simple HTML code (without scripts or PHP) to your pages you can use either page content editor and Raw HTML element or footer widgets or footer Static block depending on the place where exactly you need to show that HTML.

That option is not useful for you and just causes issues. Keep it disabled.

1) Ajax results time depends on server response time and DataBase structure. Our theme does not have options to improve the results time because it’s related to how fast your server (DB) sends the response to requests made by theme. Try to improve the DB structure and speed up the server response time to get better results.
2) Search does not remove any symbols from the search request, how does it know when you want to remove “s” and when you don’t?
3) What do you mean by partial SKU? Could you provide examples from your site to check it?

In other case you will get 3+1+3+1 images if you use 3 columns per row.

To disable Sticky Add To Cart Bar go to Theme Options > Single product builder > edit Add to cart element http://prntscr.com/qdjhsg There is no option to add custom HTML instead of the Add to cart option.
1) We have installed the W3 Total cache plugin and probably plugin creates that file for the correct work.
2) We don’t think that cache plugin will cause the issue with the reCaptcha because it will be possible to exclude that page from caching. Enable plugin and let us know if you have any issues with it and we’ll try to help you to solve them.

Hello,
Problem with images was caused by Lazy Loading type of image optimization(Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Images). We’ll fix this issue in next theme update, until this happened we chose another type of image optimization – LQIP.
ReCaptcha is not the default option of the WooCommerce. What plugin did you use to add this? Are you keeping it enabled on your site now?
