I do not see the preview in xstore theme option

    I created a new header with header builder, but I don’t see the previews, while if I remove the new header I see the old header correctly, any idea what happened?

    Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the problem and find the reason.

    Hello,

    Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins
    If the problem is not caused by a plugin, provide temporary FTP access.
