    Hello,

    Dashboard access is ok. But FTP is missing. We don’t need access to your GoDaddy account, we just need FTP. If you don’t have this information contact your hosting provider, they should be able to provide you FTP host, user and pass.

    Godaddy also hosts the website.

    Hello,

    We don’t need your GoDaddy account access or cPanel file manager.
    Provide us with simple information:
    FTP host, FTP username and FTP password in the private content area to proceed with update.

    All of the information provided in the private area was taken directly from my Godaddy account.

    You provided FTP access to another WP installation than WP Dashboard. Check what we have in themes folder of your Dashboard http://prntscr.com/qcghne and compare to FTP folders http://prntscr.com/qcgj2h

    Provide us FTP access to your affordablebedbugexterminators installation. We can’t finish update process because of this.

    The information that you were given was for the staging site. After you complete the staging you can go to Godaddy and Sync the sites under the staging. I have included the production information in the private content area.
