We found that you use out of date version of WordPress, WooCommerce and our theme. Also, number of files that you placed to child theme (legenda-child/framework/theme-functions.php and shortcodes.php) are out of date. Do you remember what things you changed there? If you need to edit any function from those files you need to copy function to child theme functions.php, don’t overwrite the whole file with the core theme functions!
So, update WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce WPML, WPML and then reply back with the FTP access to update theme for you and make sure that our of date plugins/theme won’t cause any additional issue. After that we’ll be able to proceed with the next steps.

1) WooCommerce does not have the option to disable “place order” button.
2) We think that your issue is related to your custom code in the child theme functions.php. Point is that when a user places order he gets the error http://prntscr.com/qo12o4 and he thinks that order was not placed and do it again and again. But it was even after the first time http://prntscr.com/qo1460
If you check the woocommerce error log you’ll find the error http://prntscr.com/qo15ql So, fix the error and then try to place the order again.

1) Do you want just 2 columns with the content or need the carousel? Because if you need just 2 columns layout then I would recommend you to use the following settings for the row with columns http://prntscr.com/qnzdlc and replace image with bg image for the column http://prntscr.com/qnzh6f I have created an example below your row.
Besides, why do you use png for MS-HADA image instead of jpg? Png image takes 732 KB but jpg 55KB and your page speed will be slower.

Instagram itself does not support share option at all, so you won’t find anything. If you look for plugin that will share product once you publish it probably there are plugins for the FB but we did not face our clients who used them and did not look for such plugins, so don’t have suggestions for this, unfortunately. If you are talking about the default share option http://prntscr.com/qnz2o8 then just enabled it in Theme options for the single product.

1) There is no option to have 2 completely different headers for the default one and sticky. If you use header builder you can just choose what area should be sticky http://prntscr.com/qnnrdo but can’t change its content. I have made some changes in your header. Check if this is suitable for you.

2) You can edit the min-height of every area in the Sticky header settings, for example http://prntscr.com/qnntkr
To change logo for the fixed header use the custom below because there is no such option at this moment
