We can find the reason of the issue only if you have any information there.

Problem caused by the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. If the plugin is enabled it removes body classes for the projects http://prntscr.com/qvkz3r that are required for the correct work of the preloader http://prntscr.com/qvkzo8
Contact WPML plugin author to find out why does it remove the default and custom WP classes for the body?

You chose the sorting by featured products in grid options http://prntscr.com/qvk2pq but did not add any product to featured http://prntscr.com/qvk3df So, the list was empty because there were no products to show.

1) We used Image Carousel WPBakery element to create that gallery https://gyazo.com/57ecc7d1b226b14032f43962063701b9 You may add links for these images if you need. If you use our brands feature (Products > Brands) then you can use Brands carousel element http://prntscr.com/qvj5id but don’t forget to upload thumbnails for the brands http://prntscr.com/qvj64v

2) png images were created by our designer using Photoshop.

Use translation files of the XStore core plugin. Follow the instructions https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ , use Loco Translate plugin and instead of translation core plugin to another language create the translation for your language and change the categories to anything you need.

et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/templates/header/parts/search.php file in the XStore core plugin but we don’t recommend you editing of that file because we release regular updates for the core plugin and you will lose your customization after plugin update.

You have no effect because that form is not for the header builder element. Header builder elements are located at XStore core plugin.

1) To disable categories go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit search element and disable Search by category https://gyazo.com/09eaad53f4f2aca5d2aa27c0eca33c75

2) Add the following code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to get search title instead of the icon

Anyway, this option is related to WPML plugin. And you need to contact WPML plugin support to get details information about categories, products, taxonomy synchronization because you have some problems with it http://prntscr.com/qv4q8p

Hello,

If you want to make these changes in child theme you need to copy header.php file from parent theme to child and apply changes in header.php file of the child theme.
But we would recommend you to use Insert headers and Footers plugin instead of this to add GA code to head because once you switch theme you will lose your code. That plugin does not affect the page speed and allows you to add scripts to header and footer.

Probably you moved your site from staging to production and did not replace all the links. Because logo in theme options still keeps the link to staging site https://jellaworldartistcollections.com/staging//wp-content/uploads/2019/04/JW-horizontal.jpg Go to Theme Options and re-add the main logo.

Who changed these limits for you? You or your hosting support?

Also, try to increase the Max input vars to 3000.

Besides if the blank page appears then some error occurs. If the server error log is empty then maybe error logs are just disabled or enabled only for some kind of errors. Ask server support to enable it for all the errors and warnings to get any hint of what exactly in the plugin code may cause this issue. Because we have no more ideas on why it loads one time and does not load another one taking into account that Core plugin is enabled, and why the 500 errors appear for the admin-ajax.php https://gyazo.com/f9dc3bbcbb98af3cb342227a3248dd93

1) Could you, please, update theme to version 6.2.9 + Core plugin to 2.1.3 (WP Dashboard > Updates > Check again button) this bug was fixed in the latest version?
2) After that Sync existing translation with updated pot file https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and check if Related products string of theme translation file is translated.

1, 2) Unfortunately, at this moment there is no condition that allows applying header for all the posts or all the projects. Our developers will work on this but we need some time to implement this option. 4) The problem with font-family for the multiple headers was fixed in the latest update. Try now.
