And when I am going in the settings on Essential Grid, an error message is displayed from Ajax.
I do not know that to do to fix it
I can tell you nothing without WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. Provide them in Private content area to check your problem in more detail.

Nope, unfortunately. We’ll be able to proceed only once you move the site to a live server.
Check the console. Maybe you’ll find any errors there that will guide you about the reason of the problem.
Sorry for the delay, my server crashes so I need to rebuild my site web.
