Sidebar product categories not working - by Liisbet

Hello
i have an issue with my website, I have it in two languages and im using WPML. In one language the sidebar- Product categories part works as it should (as i have set under Widgets- shop sidebar. But under the other language it is just showing all categories there, not the parent category with purple and child categories under it nicely, its just a list of categories there

Hello,

Please check how it works with a default WC theme (Storefront). Let us know the result.
If the problem persists with our theme only, provide FTP access.

I dont understand what you want me to test with some other theme. If WPML works with some other theme? so i have to buy another theme and start testing if WPML works there, to find out if you help me with the theme i bought from you?

Dear,

Storefront is a free theme. You need to do this test to find out if the problem relates to the theme or to WPML settings (support of the WPML should be contacted). Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the Storefront theme, add the categories widget to the sidebar and check how the widget works.
We are theme support and can help you with questions related strictly to our theme.

P.S. I suppose your issue was related to unsynced product categories and products. Once it was synced http://prntscr.com/qv4lzw widget has subcategories http://prntscr.com/qv4nlv

Anyway, this option is related to WPML plugin. And you need to contact WPML plugin support to get details information about categories, products, taxonomy synchronization because you have some problems with it http://prntscr.com/qv4q8p
