Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product page layout > disable Masonry option if you want to use Infinite Scroll. These 2 options are not compatible.

Could you provide us with access to your cPanel? We have a feeling that PHP Memory limit was not increased to required 128Mb http://prntscr.com/qu4l17 or was changed incorrectly in server settings when we checked php.ini file https://prnt.sc/qu4loy and it caused the issue.

Hello,

Point is that it’s not related to our theme. You may enable the default WP theme and check. It’s compatibility issue either WordPress or WPBakery plugin but we are not developers of the WPBakery plugin, we just include it to our theme. So, we can do nothing with it.

Hello,

Seems this is the conflict between default WordPress widget of the Gallery and WPBakery plugin. If you choose Media file in gallery widget settings https://prnt.sc/qu3vfo WP applies it for all the media at the page. I chose None in widget settings. Then popup works for the media at the page.

You are using CDN, so you always need to make sure that you cleared the CDN cache after theme update.

1) Why have you created 3 different files for the translation? http://prntscr.com/qtx95z
Translation file should be located at wp-content/languages/themes/xstore-ru_RU.po, not at wp-content/themes/xstore/languages/ because you will lose it after theme update. And of course, you should not have translations at all the possible locations because then they won’t work.

2) We have updated your translation using shared files from our clients https://github.com/OlgaBarlow/Translation-of-Xstore-theme/tree/master/Xstore

3) Finish translation if you still have missing strings https://gyazo.com/8745ea5e800c3518b0266937bd4d374d

Hello,

We don’t have option for the H1 only but we have the option for all the headings. Go to Theme Options > Typography > Content > Headings > choose the font you need instead of Initial.

If you want to show add to wishlist button in any other position than our theme offers in product hove settings than use Wishlist plugin settings http://prntscr.com/qtmed9
There is no option to place it to the left side of the Add to cart button, but it’s possible to display below the Add to cart button http://prntscr.com/qtmguh
If this is not suitable for you and you want it directly to the left side submit additional customization request to WPKraken team.
