If every additional site is just translation of the main one then you don’t need a separate license. But if you want to create a multilanguage site there is no need to launch multisite, use a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ and it will create virtual subsides for every language. In this case you’ll be able to sync all the products and switch between languages without any issues.

1) I have passed this request to our developers and they will try to implement such option in one of the next updates but I can’t tell you in which one because we have other scheduled features that should be implemented.

b) Styling – don’t see issues with our options http://prntscr.com/ru5ez6 , but your custom http://prntscr.com/ru561d causes the style issues
c) We use WooCommerce hooks and YITH Wishlist functions to display cart and wishlist, we can’t change the classes. There is no need to enable wishlist for loop in the YITH Wishlist settings if you use the custom grid.

2) Brands page inherits the layout of the shop page. You set 4 products per row in the WooCommerce settings that’s why you got 4 products per row at the brand page. We’ll add option to manage number of products per row for the brand page in the next theme update.

3) Ok, added to future features list.

5) If you found combination that causes issue – contact us and provide link to page with the problem.

6) Use additional plugins if you need to implement advanced module for the product labels. We did not get a lot of requests about this and many of our customers used third-party plugins, so we are not sure if there is any need to develop this from scratch if the user just could use a plugin.

Parent theme is the main XStore theme. It’s not allowed to edit theme files and we would not recommend renaming of the theme folder. XStore child is a theme that inherits the functionality of the parent theme. With a child theme, you can make modifications or add additional functionality to the parent theme. The child theme offers the safest and easiest way to modify an existing theme, whether you want to make a few small changes or extensive ones. We recommend users to use child theme from the beginning to avoid the procedure of the options reimport in future when they decide to add any customization.

Anyway, the number of themes installed in Apperanace > Themes does not affect your WP in any way. But active plugins do, every additional plugin slows down the site a little bit, that’s why keep enabled only plugins you really us and disable all the other.

If you don’t see the preview while working in Theme Options it could be related either to third-party plugins or to server settings that limit some requests. Could you, please, provide us with the WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and also provide us with server error logs (it helps us to find the reason of this issue).

1) Dimensions of the one image are 2560 × 1920, dimensions of the other – 2560 × 1973. That’s why height is different. Either crop images to the same dimensions using any graphic editor before uploading them to your media or use the crop option for the grid images only at the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images, for example http://prntscr.com/rtzdz1

Thanks for your feedback, this is actually the only piece of constructive feedback we have received so far on these changes we have made for the custom product grid! So thank you.

1) Your idea to allow users to choose the separate layouts for grid and list is a good idea and I’ll pass it to our developers. Probably we’ll improve it in one of the updates or maybe create our own builder instead of using the WPBakery option. This question will be discussed.

2) Provide us with a temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check brand page issue in more detail and fix it.

3) “missing the stock option” – are you talking about out of stock label or you want to show for example “32 in stock” below the title or something?

4) “Slider image” – feedback will be considered and discussed.

5) You can manage the number of columns at the shop page in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog at the same time you can change the number of columns at the category pages at Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > http://prntscr.com/rt2zzq
