I’m afraid I can’t see any preview of the site when I am working in the Theme Options. I am forced to work blind, clicking buttons and altering settings, and having to press Publish before I can see how it looks like.
Is there some switch or settings to turn on the preview? Please help.
    Thank you.

    Hello,

First of all, we would ask you to post questions about existing options in the general XStor forum and use XStore feature requests forum only for the options that you would like to add in future updates http://prntscr.com/ru2aop

If you don’t see the preview while working in Theme Options it could be related either to third-party plugins or to server settings that limit some requests. Could you, please, provide us with the WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and also provide us with server error logs (it helps us to find the reason of this issue).

    Regards

    Hello,

You can use the Private content area http://prntscr.com/ru7e7h
We need username and pass to your WP Dashboard for user with admin permissions to allow us to login to your site and check the options.

If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login and FTP pass contact your hosting provider and ask this information. They will be able to help you. Also, ask your hosting support about server error logs. They should be able to send you this information.

    Regards

To create a user with administrator rights, I need to provide a name and email address.
    What email should I write?

And on the subject of FTP. My hosting has FTP Accounts:
(((FTP is a file transfer protocol used to transfer files between servers – for example, your website and your computer. For better management, you can create different FTP accounts for different users and roles in your organization.
    Create a new FTP account)))

I need to create an account there, which I will give you, right?

    Hello,

Use any random/temporary email. We don’t provide our email for such purposes because we get a lot of spam messages after that, that’s why we stopped to send our real email for the user creation. Decide by yourself what username and email/password to use. And just provide this information to us in the Private content area. Create FTP account with the destination directory to your WP installation and also just post FTP host, FTP username and FTP password once you create it and check that this is working one. You may use Filezilla to check.
And don’t forget about the error log.

    Regards

    Hi,

Looks that SG Optimizer plugin could be the reason of the problem. Once we disabled plugin problem disappeared.
