    Thank you for choosing our theme!

    1) WPBakery page builder plugin comes as a bundled plugin because we have the extended license for this plugin and permission to use it in our theme. You don’t need plugin registration to use it. Read more about bundled plugins https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
    Elementor plugin that we recommend during import of the demo content is a free plugin. Authors of the Elementor Pro plugin do not offer extended or dev licenses and do not allow including the Pro version of the plugin to any theme. So if you want to use the pro version of the Elementor you need to buy the individual license for this.

    2) WPBakery was created and included in our theme a long time ago. And we created all the versions based on the WPBakery because it was the main page builder at that moment. Elementor was not even created. But it changed and Elementor is very popular now. So, we added compatibility with the Elementor, created a number of additional elements and created import of 21 demos for the Elementor. We are still working on new elements (Like product tabs, tabs, product categories etc) and create import of our demos for the Elementor step by step. Of course, it takes time because we have 90+ WPbakery demos.

    2) We include the Revolution slider plugin but additional addons and slider templates are available only if you buy the personal license of the plugin. The bundled version of the plugin comes without personal registration https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins so you don’t have access to extra features that offer plugin author for those who bought the personal license. To get access to those options buy the individual license of the Revolution slider.

    Either use translation files of the WooCommerce plugin and instead of the translation just edit the text to what you need. Or use child theme and add the following code to child theme functions.php

If you have PHP skills you can copy etheme_project_links (xstore/framework/theme-functions.php) function to child theme functions.php and edit it according to your needs. If you don’t have PHP skills you can submit customization request here because customization is outside the scope of our support.

    It looks that one of the third-party plugins that you use causes an error with the DB http://prntscr.com/t8chf2 and site is down http://prntscr.com/t8ci4c every time we try to go to any backend link. So, I have disabled the mentioned plugin. Contact plugin author and solve the problem. By the way, we would recommend you to check the list of plugins that you keep enabled and disabled those plugins that you don’t really use. Don’t keep plugin enabled just in case because every additional plugin slows down the site.
    1) The green background appears because of custom http://prntscr.com/t8cqgq I have removed classes that caused issue for the add to cart button. Check now.

I found that you provided correct access on Friday evening but our developers do not work on the weekend to check the issue with the variation gallery. Also, we found that you use the Cloudflare CDN. Could you, please, log in to your account http://prntscr.com/t8c2e5 to allow us to clear CDN cache once we make js changes to apply them?

    2) Could you, please, create new topic next time once you have the new question? This topic has 3 pages, we need to read it from the beginning every time you reply here to find out what issues have been resolved and which one still exists. It also takes time and causes misunderstanding.

    3) We can’t help you with missing images because they physically do not exist. I don’t see that slider images are chosen in the settings http://prntscr.com/t8brm7 Product images are missing because you used png images while created the products and then it seems you replaced them by jpg images https://gyazo.com/a68df63f075cbb8063d55355ce301b36 So, edit products with missing images and re-add correct images. So, this issue is not related to our theme and we can’t help with this. This is something that you changed.

    4) Problem with the menu was related to your custom CSS http://prntscr.com/t8bym0 you set z-index for the before that was higher than menu z-index, it caused the issue. I have changed it to 4 instead of 5. Check now.

    admin-ajax.php allows running AJAX calls from the web-browser to server (in your case to show the products because Lazy loading option is enabled in the Products WPBakery element http://prntscr.com/t8avid ) Response time depends on the server you use and its settings, on the DB structure. We use an optimized server with good params that’s why it has a very good response time. If you want to speed up your requests contact your hosting provider and ask about advice to reduce the server response time for your site.

    Besides, we would recommend you optimize images using Tinypng online service. It will allow you to reduce the images size up to 70%, for example https://gyazo.com/ec70f8cf8fa91df865854ee43def678a
    and it speeds up the page loading of course.
