Preview Not Displaying while editing I get an error message
“www.thesignguyshop.com didn’t send any data.”

Thanks for using our theme.
Do you edit page, post or static block? What page editor – WPBakery Page Builder (Frontend / Backend editor) or Elementor? Please provide a screenshot of the problem and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete the account once all questions will be solved.

Hello,

1) We don’t have access to the video that you sent and our request was blocked https://prnt.sc/t8f2q3

2) Provide us with FTP access to your site and also server error logs. It looks that your hosting provider has some limits and it causes this error with the customizer http://prntscr.com/t8fazq
