We suppose that your server has some limits for the outgoing/ingoing connections. Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and clarify information about this? Unfortunately, we don’t have such options. You can use 2 HTML blocks and 2 Widget areas to add the custom block on your site. And only 2 menus elements. But using the menu element you can change the menu to show different menu for every header you use.

Also, you can try some third-party header builders https://wordpress.org/plugins/stax/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/pearl-header-builder/ We did not test it with our theme but maybe it will be suitable for you.

I’m trying to explain to you that issue is related to server limits. If you use all the mentioned plugins it requires some resources.

1) If you want to add any content before/after the cart/checkout form you need to edit the page. If you use Elementor as the main page builder then using Elementor, if WPBakery – WPBakery.
2) Font size of the elements on the checkout page could be changed only by additional CSS customization. You can use Theme Options > Custom CSS for these purposes or Yellow Pencil plugin.

First of all, check what plugins you installed and activated. For the drinks version you need only XStore core, WPBakery, WooCommerce, Revolution slider, MailChimp (if you plan to use newsletters), Contact Form 7 (if you need contacts page). That’s all. All the third-party plugins will use your server resources. Disable Revolution slider for all the page to allow calling of the slider scripts only for pages where the slider is http://prntscr.com/tnypgm

If you don’t need portfolio disable it in Theme Options > Portfolio. If you don’t need testimonials disable them in Theme Options > Global. If you don’t need brands disable them in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Brands.
