    Hello,

A client has noted that the revolution slider, which should be showing at the top of our home page on desktop is not showing in Chrome on Mac.

It has been showing for me but now also doesn’t display at times in Chrome for Mac. I have cleared caching plugins and browser cache and still problem persists.

When I look into the code when this happens it seems the code of the Rev Slider is replaced by

    <div class="wpb_wrapper"></div> == $0

    Please kindly advise.

    Thank you
    Rob

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the backend settings and help you?

    Regards

    Hello,

Sure please find access in the private content area.

Also I have just seen this issue happens in Firefox as well so is not browser specific to Chrome.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hello Olga,

Thank you for looking into it.

We haven’t removed it, it just doesn’t appear sometimes. It is still happening as of this morning.

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hello,

Do you use cache plugins or any similar optimization plugin? Try to disable and check if you still have the mentioned issue or exclude the home page from caching and also check the effect.

    Regards
