It means that you activated theme on other domain than use at this moment.
1) Go to XStore > Dashboard > deactivate theme and activate it again using your purchase code.
2) Go to Dashboard > Updates > click the button http://prntscr.com/u6y4ru
3) Try to update theme and plugin after that.

Do you mean that when you import products using CSV file you get out of stock products?
Our theme do not have any options for import, these settings are related to WooCommerce plugin. So, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and check the import with the default theme. Do you have the same issue when the default theme is enabled?

Your footer missing some content, do I understand you right? In this case, go to Appearance > Widgets and move the necessary widgets to Footer widget areas where you want to display them.
Refund means that you’ll get your money back and license won’t be valid anymore. It means that you will need to find a new theme that will suit your needs.
What about link to your site? Because WP Dashboard access does not work for the https://cloudclimax.co.uk/
Also, I see that you use CloudFlare CDN on the https://cloudclimax.co.uk/
So, clear CDN cache. And install CloudFlare plugin and log in to your account in the plugin settings to allow us to clear CDN after changes if it’s required.

Because product your showed is variable product https://prnt.sc/u6t6gq We don’t have Ajax add to cart for the variable products in our theme. Only simple products in our theme have option to use Ajax add to cart and if you use this option off-canvas cart should be opened if you add the simple product to cart on the single product page.
Our developers checked the issue.
We found that problem caused by the Embrulho de presente woocommerce plugin. This plugin adds the additional query to filter product by the Embrulho presente category and only after that applies the filter by brand in that category https://prnt.sc/u6wt0z
So, contact plugin author to sort our why they do this or if you want we can additionally customize child theme to use OR condition in the brand filter widget instead of the AND.

We suppose that using all these plugins uses all the resources you have. So, check the list and try to disable a few plugins at least.
