I need some help!! Support tells me to use xstore chid theme, but in child theme my images in the home page are blurry and half of my footer content disappeared after I updated to the latest version. In default/parent theme, my home page images are clear but in many different sizes, but my footer content is all there. Default/parent theme also messes up how my pop up forms look. ALL I WANT is my images on home page to be clear and all one size and my header & footer content there as how it’s always been. This is my 5th time I’ve been reaching out to your support for this and I’m keep getting the run around. I love this theme but this is super frustrating as I feel like support isn’t giving me any real support. I’m tired of keep paying $$$ for support elsewhere.

    Hello,

When you switching between child theme and parent theme your widgets and theme options could be different because child theme does not inherit all theme options of the parent theme and parent theme does not inherit theme options of the child theme.

So, before switching from the correct theme (where everything is correct) you need to export theme options (Theme Options > Export/Import) and then import them after switching. Widgets should be moved to correct areas at Appearance > Widgets.

I have removed some custom code from the child theme that could be the reason of your issue. Your images do not look blurry now http://prntscr.com/u6cmyo
If you want to have all the images same size on the shop grid then prepare them before uploading to your media library and use the same size for all the images (for example 1000×1000). Using of the CSS styles to make all the images the same size causes blurring as you can see.

    Regards

This is not true. My images still look blurry! There is something wrong with the theme because when you see the images on the home page they look blurry but when you actually click on the product the images don’t look blurry! Also, how can I make all the images in the shop/home menu the same size?

ALSO, I’m noticing that my additional product images are not showing anymore. Take a look at the particular product:

    Hello,

Take my apologies but we can do nothing with blurry images.
If you want we can give you a refund. Sorry.

I see the product gallery http://prntscr.com/u6dsm0

Sure you can give me a refund as I will have to PAY another developer to help me fix this issue $$$. This theme is pretty but I find myself having many conflicting/consisting issues that go unresolved. You have yet to still address my other concerns listed above and in my other tickets:
My footer is still not looking right. (You can look at xstore parent theme to compare) Half of my footer content is still missing; quick link tabs, content for charity grace period, there is an additional footer line with Created by Power Elite Themeforest Author that I did not add! Also on mobile app my logo is missing, and the footer content is missing.

    Hello,

You can submit refund request here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Go to Appearance > Widgets > re-add the necessary widgets to the necessary widget areas.

What do you mean re-add the necessary widgets? The only widget I noticed is missing is the instagram and twitter feeds in my blog page. Other than that my footer is missing content. How is that needing to be fixed? Also, if I apply for the refund what would happen then? I would’nt be able to have access to this support forum??

    Hello,

Your footer missing some content, do I understand you right? In this case, go to Appearance > Widgets and move the necessary widgets to Footer widget areas where you want to display them.

Refund means that you’ll get your money back and license won’t be valid anymore. It means that you will need to find a new theme that will suit your needs.

    Regards
