1) Go to Settings > General > choose your language.
If you want to import any extra templates you need to buy the personal license of the Revolution slider because they do not include other templates for the bundle plugin.
Did you set your site language in dashboard > Settings > General > Site language?
Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the translation files.

There is no option to add links there but you can remove some of them. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Account endpoints > remove endpoint you don’t want to have in the My Account menu.
