    Hello,

Did you set your site language in dashboard > Settings > General > Site language?
Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the translation files.

    Regards

    Hello,

To enable the different language for the frontend you need to change the site language. If you want to keep admin in English for your user go to Users > Edit your profile and change the language for your user only http://prntscr.com/uu0nex
Here you can find documentation on how to translate site https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
You need to translate all the strings of the XStore theme and XStore core plugin that you have on your frontend if you want to get them translated.

Use Private content area to provide WP Dashboard access.

    Regards
