    Hi Support,

I tried using the built-in Instagram feed feature but it never worked for me. I installed a 3rd party plugin and have been using that. I noticed that my Instagram feed is not updating. I am getting an error when logged into WP admin “Error: API requests are being delayed. New posts will not be retrieved for at least 5 minutes.” I don’t know if this is interfering with the other IG feed plugin.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

We can assist with questions that strictly related to our theme. Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check why our Instagram feature doesn’t work for you.

    Regards

    Hi again Rose,

Yes, not asking you to provide support on 3rd party plugin. If I could get the IG API to work within the theme I would use that but it never worked for me. If you could get that working, that would be great.

    Thank you Rose.

    Hi,

Please add your Instagram account here – https://prnt.sc/unr61r , then create a custom page, add Instagram element, and select your user in settings of the element.
Provide us with URL of the page.

    Regards

    Hello,

I can see your images on the page – https://prnt.sc/uo5fss , when you add new photos and do not want to wait for automatic Instagram cache cleaning, just click here – https://prnt.sc/uo5g3m
Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Regards

Sorry for the delay in responding.
Unfortunately I still don’t see anything. I even opened up the website under an incognito browser and same results.

    Hello,

Don’t you see the slider with your Instagram images https://gyazo.com/0b47d6a5c601203b9784df3554432c6c ?
What browser do you use? Did you try to open the mentioned page using another browser or PC?

    Regards

Sorry, yes I see that. I completely missunderstood how this works. I added the widget to the home page and now I see it. Was that the missing part?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Once you added widget and want to get the latest images you need to refresh Instagram https://prnt.sc/uo5g3m That’s all. After that images will be refreshed depending on your Instagram settings of that area, every 2 hours. You can change it if you want.

    Regards
