I have just noticed a problem with my shop section displaying when on my iPad/tablet.
This has just started happening all of a sudden today.
I am getting a shaded section across most of the screen, which prevents me from clicking on the products.
Also, when I try and close it by clicking the X in the top left corner, nothing happens.
It seems to be only on the tablet view. Laptop, desktop, and mobile phone seem to be OK at this time.

Then clean cache of your browser and check one more time.
What screen size of the tablet?
I double checked and everything is up-to-date.
It is an iPad Pro 11 inch.
I cleared the cache on the dashboard, and also my iPad. I tried it in Safari and Chrome on the iPad and it is still happening.
It was working fine until yesterday.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Did you install an additional plugin or did customization in files yesterday?
I have provided log in info.
No I have not installed any new plugins or done any customization to files in the past few days.

What was the issue, just so I know for if it happens again?
It was theme bug of the styles. I have fixed the problem directly in style.css of the parent theme and we’ll include the fix in the next theme update.
