    Hello,

    the whole editor is disappeared in pages. There is just blank space, look on screenshot. Please help.

    Hello,

    Do you have any errors in browser console?
    Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.

    We tried the latest plugins and still doesn’t work… I am sending a screenshot with error from console…

    Hi,

    – Please update Theme & Xstore Core to latest version

    – You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Thank you, We will do that but I want to ask you how to update Template without erasing design? We did that first time and I had to completly from scratch set design once again… Second time you did it for us ? and we didnt had to set design again like before… so do you have some tutorial for that? Thanks

    When Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder is disabled, pages can be edited, so it is a known issue of the Massive Addons plugin that caused by server limits – https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143 https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?filter=all&page=79#comment_18501820
    You need to contact hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.

    Hello,

    Set client_max_body_size 20M if you use NGINX or SubstituteMaxLineLength 20M if you use Apache.

    Hello,

    Did your server support change the limit back? We can do nothing with this because it’s server settings, not theme options. So, contact your hosting provider again to change that limit.

    Hello,
    they had to rewrite code to a higher place so application wouldn’t erase it… so thats working, thank you…. but in the Blog editor doesn’t work… could be turned off or it is some error?

    Hi,
    I mean posts, not template for blog… so I can edit the post, but just with ordinary editor… there was special editor for that from the start. It looked like “thin column” and you could add some ready parts… it looked like special editor for blog…

    Hello,

    Are you talking about the Gutenberg WP editor? You can enable it in WPBakery settings http://prntscr.com/utzbkg or use WPBakery editor for the posts http://prntscr.com/utzcld to create post content using WPBakery page builder.

    https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder – as a rule, we recommend disabling the Gutenberg and use WPBakery.
