Did you replace the yellow color (#f3c81c) in the Theme Options > Custom CSS?
Did you edit the Pages > Home page > button elements to change the color?
What colors (background and text) do you want for your buttons on default state and on hover?

We checked and found that the mentioned plugin uses WooCommerce actions: before_shop_loop and after_shop_loop https://prnt.sc/vlbvxe but before_shop_loop does not work and it breaks the HTML structure because plugin adds only close div tag. Contact plugin author and ask them to check why the first action does not work because we can do nothing from or side.
