    Hello,

Update the theme and Core plugin to latest versions – https://prnt.sc/vinesx https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Clear cache and check Theme Options then.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then. Enable plugins one by one to find out which one causes the problem.

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) We can’t connect to your server using FTP http://prntscr.com/vkx47v
    2) Provide us access to your server error logs or send us your server error log file. We need it to find out what generates that 500 error.

    Regards
