Hello,

Our theme does not have options to edit the permalinks structure. All the available options for this come from WooCommerce plugin, you can find them in Settings > Permalinks.

Regards

Hello,

There are no such options by default, unfortunately. If you want to search by the attribute you may look for third-party search plugin that allows this.
Product attributes are displayed on the Additional Information tab by default. If you want to display them in any other place it requires additional customization. You can submit customization request here.

Regards

Hello,

Submit customization request here because we don’t have such optionby default.

Hello,

I see that the sale label is hidden by the custom code http://prntscr.com/voloe3

Check the custom CSS area and remove the mentioned code

.onsale.left {
    display: none;
}

Hello,

Yes, clear the CDN cache if you use the CDN.
If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. Also, install the Cloudflare plugin and log in to your account to allow us to clear the cache after changes.

Regards

Hello,

Check now, please.

Hello,

We can’t guarantee compatibility with the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme. Provide us with the WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue and tell you if we could fix it.

Regards

Hello,

1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme like chat, Google Ads, facebook etc, clear the cache and test site after that. Do you still have the same issue with the loading?

2) Check the server error logs. Do you have any errors there?

Regards

Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue in more detail and help you?

Regards

Hello,

Our theme uses the MC4WP. If you also need Mailchimp for WooCommerce you can use it. But read the plugin description to make sure that you really use it.

We would recommend you to optimize the images to reduce the page size and check the list of the active plugins http://prntscr.com/vojpeb Disable plugins that you don’t really use because scripts of your plugins take 1.8MB

Hello,

Hello,

Replace the previous code with the code below

.main-nav, .header-type-6 .main-nav .double-border, .top-bar, .header {
    border: none;
}

Hello,

We require that limit to avoid problems with the demo content installation. If you already imported the demo content and even created your own content don’t worry about that warning. Just ignore it.
