Hi.
All shop pages do not load, especially on smartphones.
The photos are already at a minimum.

Why is it so difficult?
The site really struggles.

There isn’t much more to say.
Pages don’t load. We tested on 4 smartphones and they remain white. In alternate world.
The shop cannot be seen.
If you see the shop, you don’t see the others.
Basically the whole site is not navigable.

Situation no longer tolerable.

I consider myself a patient, civilized and sensible person.
But I am receiving several negative feedbacks on the site, from suppliers, customers and friends, on the NON VISIBILITY of the site and the fact that it does not load either on a pc or on a smartphone!

What do we have to do? I am in the process of opening business!
The site must be both usable and fast!
I have a high-level server, so the problems lie elsewhere.

I would appreciate more detailed feedback from you.

We do really want to help you but we don’t see the issue to find the reason of it.

Do you want me to send you a video? Just tell me how.
“The site does not load” were the first words that some suppliers and collaborators told me.
Only the Home has a little more sprint, and sometimes but only sometimes the Shop. Sometimes. The other pages even worse.

I am not a programmer, otherwise I would have done the site.
On GTMetrix and Page Speed are actually reported a lot of errors. You already have the GTMetrix screenshots.

Away from me to create controversy. I have no time or desire.
But by tomorrow at the latest the site must be perfectly usable or I will have to take another one and start a dispute with you.

Hello,

1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme like chat, Google Ads, facebook etc, clear the cache and test site after that. Do you still have the same issue with the loading?

2) Check the server error logs. Do you have any errors there?

Sorry Olga, but Chat, Google Ads, Facebook come with the theme, I didn’t add them myself.
And anyway they are functional to the theme!
I have added Yoast and JetPack.

I have a high-level server, just picked up the theme the day after I bought it. No error.
