Hello,

Follow the MailChimp plugin documentation to set up the plugin and find information about main settings https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/
Read theme documentation to get the custom styles for the mailchimp form https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/mail-chimp-form-custom-styles/

Hello,

It’s not related to our theme!
It’s WooCommerce plugin settings. Please, read WooCommerce plugin documentation first before asking the next question! https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/sell-products/core-payment-options/

Regards

Hello,

Orders and shipping are the WooCommerce plugin options, not our theme options. So, contact WooCommerce support about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Our support is able to help you only with questions related strictly to our theme settings.

Hello,

Edit the header using header builder to remove unnecessary elements, watch the video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG
If you want to create the multilingual site you need to install an additional plugin to implement this https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ . Then use the plugin widget or shortcode to add the switcher to the header.

Hello,

It looks that you did not fully updated the XStore Core plugin. Go to Plugins > disable it and remove. After that go to XStore > Plugin installer and install the XStore core plugin again.

Hello,

You can submit feature request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
If it takes votes from other customers then developers will discuss the implementation of this. Additional customization is a paid service because we are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy

Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t have such option for mobile devices.

Regards

Hello,

No, we don’t have global option to show the banner for the categories.
What code do you want to edit? If you want to customize any function or file we would recommend you to use child theme for these purposes, changes that you make in parent theme you will lose after theme update.

Regards

Hello,

Product categories widget is not the filter, it’s the default WooCommerce widget that displays the list of all the categories that you have. It’s not related to our theme but to the WooCommerce plugin. If you want to have filter by category widget then you need to look for an additional plugin for these purposes.

Regards

Hello,

Not sure because I disabled all the third-party plugins and then enabled them all and the problem disappeared.

Hello,

Do you use the cache plugin or CDN? Try to clear both caches.
If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
