I would like to change the size pf Sale label in product loop (shop page, category product, brand page) in Mobile and Tablet.

Hello,

If you are talking about a build-in option then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Sale and out of stock > change Sale label size http://prntscr.com/w3cbnk

If you want to change the size of the sale label that you implemented using third-party plugin then contact plugin author support with this question.

Yes, the problem is that in theme options you establish the same size for all devices. I would like a smaller size in mobile and tablet version

Could you also help me with Product Title Chars Limit
(Controls the length of the product title for the products at grid/list, related products, prev/next product navigation).

I would like to set a different chart limit for 1)desktop/tablet and for 2)mobile

You can limit the height of the product title to show only 2 lines of the title for example but you won’t get … at the end of the title, for example, https://gyazo.com/34d945d9a70706560138085fc1939cf3
